Rates
Rates are posted on our on line booking page found here. However, please note that no prospective client should make any bookings without first communicating with an instructor or the director about an agreed upon scheduled time.
In addition to tuition, a $15 registration fee is collected per student upon initial enrollment and at the beginning of each track thereafter.

Make Up Lessons
In the event that an instructor has to miss a lesson, that instructor will work with the student or student's parent to provide a make up lesson. In the event that a student has to miss a lesson and notifies the instructor within 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson, the student will be given the opportunity to make the lesson up within the same or the following calendar month. If nothing can be scheduled by the following month, the make up will no longer be available. Missing a make up lesson except in the case of serious emergency will forfeit the lesson. We provide make ups or online learning options for emergency closings due to inclement weather or emergency situations.

Cancellation of Lessons
Should you choose to terminate lessons, a 30 day written (letter or email to director) notice is required to avoid tuition being due for an additional month. (i.e. not having lessons in May requires a notice no later than April 1).
Our Calendar
Central Academy of the Arts (CAA) offers year around lessons and follows the scheduling found below. CAA is not an “a la carte” lesson program but instead collects registration and tuition payments as rolling enrollment fees that reserve student time slots as a part of our ongoing program. Listed below for your reference are weeks in the year in which we are closed for lessons. Central Academy of the Arts guarantees 15 scheduled lessons per track for all students enrolled for that entire track.
